About Lil' Rubber Plant

The Lil' Rubber Plant is a low-maintenance houseplant. It likes being kept in bright, indirect sunlight in temperatures of 16-24°C but it doesn't mind bending the rules (get it? cos it's rubber…) and is happy with some shade in minimum temperatures of 12°C. Regularly water your Lil' Rubber Plant and give its leaves a rub to remove build-ups of dust and allow sunlight to reach them. This Lil' Prick is in no rush to burn rubber and race to the finish line as it's a slow grower.

The Ficus Robusta is pretty flexible about where you put it, it's happy in any room with regular humidity, such as your bedroom, living room, or hallway. One thing the Ficus Elastic isn't so willing to bend on is its tolerance for lil' Pricklettes. Its sap might be great for making rubber, but it is toxic. So, be sure to wash your hands if any gets on you as it can irritate your skin, and be sure to keep pets and young children away.
