Delivery & returns



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Prickle we offer a full money back guarantee (excluding returns postage). Please notify us within 30 days of your delivery and upon receiving the returned goods we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Although we would love to refund every item, the refund policy is dependent on the item being returned unopened and "as new".

Goods Damaged in Transit

We understand that sometimes sh!t happens and deliveries can get into a bit of a prickle. We get that this might seem like we are passing the buck, but it is your responsibility to inspect the items as soon as you receive them. If for any reason, any of the items are damaged and require a signature by the courier, please make sure you do sign but clearly indicate that they are damaged. Upon doing so, please contact us as soon as you possibly can. Also, if you can take a picture, please do – this will help us understand what happened and how we might be able to prevent it in the future. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving the items back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.

Returns Process

You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.

Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days of delivery.

All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost, we will require proof of postage. Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems.
