About Lil' Begonia Red Heart
Nothing says romance like a bunch of red roses right? Wrong! Move over cliched cut flowers that will quickly wilt and die, and make room for beautiful and romantic houseplants that last as long as your love (or perhaps even longer - that part we can't help you with we’re afraid). The Begonia Rex Red Heart earns its name thanks to its red, heart-shaped leaves. The Lil' Ideal Red Heart is the ideal (see what we did there) romantic gift for a loved one - or to spoil yourself with - after all, you have to love yourself!
This Lil' Prick originates from Southeast Asia and likes to be kept in temperatures of 15-27°C (minimum 10°C) in a reasonably humid area, such as the bathroom or kitchen, in bright, indirect sunlight. Be sure to water it regularly, avoiding letting the leaves stay wet, and rotate it frequently for even growth.
While this Lil' Red Heart Begonia may make your heart race, it doesn't like to rush romance and grows steadily to approximately 45cm tall. Though your love for it will no doubt be much bigger! But, be warned, this Lil' Prick thinks three's a crowd, so it isn't pet-friendly!
